I was referred to Dr. G by another clinic for my concerns about the bags under my eyes and to improve the tone and texture of my skin, and I couldn’t be happier with that recommendation. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything, but after using them, I can honestly say I love them. They’ve become part of my daily skincare routine. Another thing I really appreciated was how accommodating she was. I mentioned that I have an upcoming vacation, and she truly did her best to fit me into her schedule at a time that was convenient for me. Having appointments available in both Oakville and Burlington is also incredibly convenient. One thing that really stood out to me was my experience at the Burlington location, where Dr. G sees patients inside her sister’s optometry clinic. Although I wasn’t there as an optometry patient, her sister noticed that my eyes were quite irritated and took the time to point me in the right direction. She was just as kind, caring, and knowledgeable as Dr. G, and I was able to purchase products that have really helped with my dry eye concerns. It honestly seems that compassion runs in the family! Based on that experience, I’ll be switching to her sister for my family’s eye care as well.
